Naming convention for GCP project

What are best practices and recommendation for naming the project in GCP. I am not able find in documentation.

Hello,

There is no docs to mention this purpose, but I can suggest a way for naming your GCP project:

It should be descriptive as to your reason/function for creating this project in GCP.

For eg: if you want to use APIgee so you can name the project as apigee in prefix/postfix with business name like xyz-apigee/apigee-xyz and if there is something more specific detail then you can add environments also like for developer we can create a project named dev-xyz-apigee.
