Pushing data from a table to a web page

Hi there, 

I have built an appsheet app that allows for customers to be created and then 6 digit registration codes that are unique to be assigned to customers. 

I want to create a webhook that pushes the 6 digit code and customer last name and date of birth to a webpage when the 6 digit registration code is assigned in app sheet. 

I think this needs to be done using a bot and a webhook action but I am struggling to find a tutorial that explains what I need to do. 

I currently have the event as below (I am not sure the condition is exactly what I am after):
