unable to upload a new zipfile or create a proxy with a bundle.

This is the error I am seeing on Edge UI. We are Apigee Edge Private Cloud. Version 4.51.00.00

Error creating object
Internal Error.

I cannot help very much.  If the error is visible in the Edge UI, I recommend that you example the logfile of the Apigee Edge  Management server, to get further details on what the "Internal error" is.  

Also you may wish to use the developer tools in the browser (press F12 to open them) to example the exact response from the API call that the UI is seeing.
