I got a new requirement for a Report which shows transaction counts specifically for upstream and downstream channels
Do we track outgoing message count ? Can I know how to pull the report?

I don't see any specific predefined matrix for that. You can use statistic collector policy with some custom value in your upstream and downstream which later you can use as the count for your report.
