to create proxy with header content

Trying to create proxy API's for End Points requires Header and payload information.

I wants to know how to create the same.

Not clear. To have a hope of getting a helpful answer or two, you'll have to try to explain in more detail what you're doing, what you want the client to send, what you want the proxy to do with that request, and so on. Use 6-8 sentences at least. Maybe some sample requests and responses. Readers here are starting with no idea what you're thinking, and no idea what your goal is. You'll need to explain it to us.

If you want to set in Apigee, then use assign message policy and set the header and payload.
