"Error creating product: Insufficient Permissions".

Hi,

When i tried to build a API proxy in dev environment, it throws a error like "error creating product: Insufficient Permissions".

Can anyone please help to sort out this issue.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I've seen this problem; I think it may have to do with stale cookies.

There's a problem where the system thinks you're logged in as one person, but really you're logged in as someone else.

To fix it, try one of these:

  • logout nad login again, retry.
  • login with a different browser
  • login to Apigee in an "Anonymous" browser window
  • clear cookies (at least for apigee.com) and login again

I think the fault is not yours. Pretty sure we've got some confusion somewhere along the line that allows this to occur. We just haven't sorted it yet.
