I am a beginner to Apigee, and I am trying to find a document to add a stage in Jenkins Pipeline to publish the swagger document. 

If anyone have information on this, please do let me know.

Are you using a drupal based portal or the integrated portal? The integrated portal has no APIs to achieve this.
