oauth email scope not allowed

I get token following https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/oauth2/limited-input-device

but the https://mail.google.com scope not allowed.

How to get token following  https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/oauth2/limited-input-device and add https://mail.google.com scope to the token
