i have deployed node js application through apigeetool CLI. From 16th September it was failing and getting 500 internal server error. After investigating from dashboard getting  Fault Code messaging.adaptors.http.flow.ApplicationNotFound error so i re-deploy it and started working. Can i get some help here i just want to check why it's happed and how to check specific revision log

Support for Node.js proxies was ended in 2018 for the Apigee cloud service, and in 2020 for the Apigee Private Cloud. [reference]
