i am getting error organizations.OrganizationDoesNotExist in apigee edge

i am getting this error in apigee edge when i am trying to access any management api.

this gateway was up and running and suddenly it stopped working.

can anyone guide me who to debug this issue as org name is setup during installation and cannot be changed

Just to double check, which version of Apigee are you seeing this error on? Is this Apigee Edge or OPDK, etc? Was this a paid account or an evaluation that you were using? If it's a paid account, do you have access to Apigee support portal?

Also is the Apigee UI working for you? In your Management API request - can you show for example the request path, are there any special characters in your request URL
