@NARANA4 , Please clarify what do you mean "how can I test an API thru Pantheon tool ?" Pantheon is Drupal specific hosting platform which Apigee uses to host developer portal. Can you please clarify what exactly you are looking for ?

I wanted to check to test an API proxy from Management UI through "Postman". I am not a developer but I have been asked by my piers what are the best practices of testing an API Proxy

Your statement 'I wanted to check to test an API proxy from Management UI through "Postman"' is very confusing & doesn't make any sense quite frankly.

Management UI - Is used to build API Proxies. It's not used to test API Proxy.

Postman - It's a tool you can use to test APIs.

If you are looking for best practices for testing an API Proxy there are many. Many open source tools & software are available. We also have Apigee Test (Apigee Labs Project) which is API Testing Platform that you can use to monitor & test APIs. Hope it helps.
