having issue when deploy my proxy on any environment, Please help me out to solve it.

Hello,

I am using UI apigee edge and When I deployed my api proxy , I got these errors:

" Error in deployment for environment test.

The revision is deployed and traffic can flow, but flow may be impaired. Call timed out; either server is down or server is not reachable "

Please help me out to resolve this issue
