hello, I want to ask how to change the login display and registration layout, or is there another plugin that helps to design the layout?

Today there is no such capability. 

Going forward, we hope to integrate the developer portal with the Google Customer Identity Platform which will give you customizability of the signin experience. I don't have a firm date on the delivery of such new capability.
