1.Per Apigee Troubleshooting guide section "component​ ​names​ ​reference​ ​table" did not list list the apigee-sso component

2.Could not find "apigee-service​ ​command​ ​reference​ ​table"  listing apigee-sso 

3. Do we have any specific step to follow for post installation of Apigee-sso ?
