With hot fixes, will we get the cumulative features and bug fixes ?

We are planning to upgrade Apigee edge private cloud from 4.50.00 to 4.50.00.13.  If we directly upgrade to 4.50.00.13, will we get all the features that was released in its previous hot fixes ?

yes.

Though I am unsure if it is possible to upgrade to a hotfix release. But yes, they're cumulative.

Thank you for your response.  Now it triggered another question,  Is it not possible to upgrade to the hot fix release from the base version ?  Don't we usually do it or is it not recommended?

For applying hotfixes, you'll want to get concrete instructions from Apigee support.
