Wiping the environment through pantheon is throwing error to create new profile.

we are observing issue while accessing dev and test environment of a apigee dev portal after trying WIPE of the environment through pantheon.

Code break in between while creating new profile for the portal.

Second image mention an error about license key insertion error, does it has something to do with error.

Please suggest how to recover our org's dev environment. Live environment is in sound condition, cloning live to dev is also not helping out.

@Vishal Bhatnagar , I have seen this issue. @Daniel Johnson , @Chris Novak Any idea ? It's not possible to wipe database environment & re-install same due to above errors.

@Vishal Bhatnagar Did you manage to get the installation to finish? I'm seeing what looks like a finished install at that URL.

Hi @Daniel Johnson,

Installation did not complete and the code breaks in between.

This is the case with our paid org. we have to move code from dev-to-live in next release and seeking its resolution to go forth.
