Why does this WSDL not work?

The error I'm getting when I try to fetch the WSDL is "server error. internal error.".

I've validated the wsdl file.

The web service documentation I have for the wsdl contains a user name and password but there doesn't seam to be an option to include those in the proxy.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
