Using SAML with the Edge management API - URL Error -404 Error for Apigee OPDK4.50.00 and 4.51.00 ?

Using listed link  works until Apigee OPDK for 4.19.01 but did not work for 4.50.00 0r 4.51.00 when change the url lists 404  "Sorry, we couldn't find that page."
