Unmashal error while installing ASM

Hi . We are new to apigee. we are getting the below error while trying to install Anthos Service Mesh in the AWS EKS. We created yaml file and while trying to Install Anthos Service Mesh with istioctl getting the below unmarshal error

Error: generate config: json: cannot unmarshal array into Go value of type map[string]json.RawMessage:

We followed the below documentation

Step 3: Install ASM  |  Apigee X  |  Google Cloud
