I'm trying to add new assets to my developer portal. When I try to upload a file, it says file successfully uploaded, but doesn't reflect in the existing files menu.
Please let me know if there is any way I can resolve the issue.

Are you talking about new Edge UI Portal ? We have two portals. One based on Drupal, One based on Edge UI ? I was thinking Drupal based one. I got it, I think it's the Edge UI Portal.
@Anil Sagar yes the Edge UI.
Here are the screenshots:
Uploading the file: Notice there are already 2 files present
Once uploaded, it shows the file uploaded, but still there are only 2 files. Even after refreshing, it doesn't show up.
Let me know if you need any more inputs in reproducing the error.
