Is there an outage or was there some change to the API management API?
I get a 500 error when trying to upload a proxy, and I get "Unknown error" on the screen when trying to save changes to a proxy.

@Julio Rincon , Do you still see an issue ? It seems like an outage / incident / issue at Apigee End. Please keep us posted.
