Unable to create a new environment in apigee edge

The aim is to create a new environment in Apigee Edge, but I am unable to get the option to do so on the Apigee Edge Portal (hosted on Google Cloud).

Prod and dev are the two currently active environments on the portal.

So, is it possible to create a new additional environment with an "organisation administrator" role on the portal, and what are the steps associated with the same?

While this can be done self service on Apigee X, for Edge to create another environment you need to submit a request to Apigee support.
