Today we are having Authorization at ORG level.How to provide Authorization at ENV level?

You can restrict per environment inside an org using custom roles & permissions. You can create a custom role & provide access to particular environment related proxies / other features in Apigee Edge.

Have you tried same ? Do you see any particular issue using same ?

Hello Anil,

yes, you are correct. however above mentioned options are for colleagues with custom role to work on proxies in an environment which are already created.

My requirement is to restrict developers to create (new) in an restricted environment.

As of now, they create a proxy and view/Edit other proxies
