Dear @Vinux Thomas ,

SmartDocs needs correct Org Credentials setup during installation. Make sure your connection to org is successful by navigating to "admin/config/devconnect". If connection is broken then you need to raise a support ticket to fix the issue.

If you have changed credentials of the user using which your developer portal is connected to Org then connection might be broken. Verify above page & raise a support request with Apigee to fix the issue.

Cheers,

Anil Sagar

@asagar

I am satisified with your reply , but 2 questions on the above ..

1) Where I can find the respective location

"admin/config/devconnect

2) How do I raise a support ticket

Thanks

Vinu

Dear @Vinux Thomas , We fixed the connection issues. Please verify now. It should work fine now.

Cheers,

Anil Sagar
