Service resource not found

I am getting following exception when do the get request call via apigee.js.

error: "service_resource_not_found"

error_description: "Service resource not found"

exception: "org.apache.usergrid.services.exceptions.ServiceResourceNotFoundException"

But this error occurred only for older users. For new user can get the data for the same call.

please suggest the solution to correct this.

There could be a variety of reasons why the Service Resource Not Found exception is thrown.

Can you provide additional information about the difference between older and newer users? Did the request ever work for older users? Did you make any configuration changes that you're using to delineate between older and new users? What are those configuration changes? What are the permissions on the data collection? Do newer users have different permissions that older users?

Anyway, the more information you provide, the easier it will be for folks to help you.
