Service Callout to internal flow, response is not getting populated

I have a scenario to make a call from one Proxy End point flow (Consider it as A) to another proxy endpoint flow(Consider it as B). When i am making call from Flow A to Flow B which has external target connection, the request is getting successful until Flow B. But it is not getting populated in Flow A.

I am using Service Call out in Flow A to call the Flow B. Any suggestions?

I got the response in to flow A now. I need to use Assign Message in the proxy response flow. Worked perfectly. Thanks all
