Getting Scheduler Deactivated due to error { "message" : "Datastore Error", "contexts" : [ ] }

sometimes its working fine but sometimes it is giving error.

can anyone advice about why we get this error.

in logs... we had a scheduler which calls all our API at the time which we have stored in KVM. Scheduler is been deactivated by showing this error

Is this on premise setup? Looks like some connectivity issues between Management servers and Cassandra. Can you check that?

It is in cloud

ya we have Cassandra error also

consistency QUORUM? AFAIK we don't use that for any keyspace.
Not sure why you are seeing that. Can you raise a support ticket?
