Response file for 10 node single datacentre

Hi, we are using a 10 node single DC build split across 3 AWS Regions

we have 2 management servers 1 in Region 2 and 1 in Region 3

Do we need to add in both MSIP to the response file or just the one in Region 2, will this then replicate all data to Region 3 MS?

Each region should reference its own management server in the MSIP variable. For regions without a management server, you can pick any management server in another region; management server calls are occasionally performed when installing and upgrading, but otherwise you will not need to contact out-of-region management servers during normal operation.
