On the new UI, where do I click to set the organization?

Not applicable

When I log in I see the sleek new interface, and I would like to try to use it, but I have deadlines and defects. I clicked around a little bit but I just get errors.

Where do I click to set the organization in the UI?

I dont think I am the only person with this problem, my entire team is using the classic interface because we are unable to try the new one.

Is there a video I can watch on the new interface? The "learn more" link (https://docs-new.apigee.com/) gives me a certificate error I cannot seem to bypass:
"You cannot visit docs-new.apigee.com right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later."

Hello Jerod

You can click on the top left corner where your name appears, it will open an area with three options: Edit account, Personal Space (or other org name) and Sign Out. Click the second option and that will open a selector where you can select any of your orgs.

I hope this helps!

Hi Jerod, Apologies for the issues you are experiencing. The redirect issue is in the process of being addressed. Here is a link to an overview video, in case it helps in the meantime: https://player.vimeo.com/external/189776628.hd.mp4?s=31a7489cdcfba17690aa2878d3979bed87f703a5&profil...

Good morning @Gabriela Vazquez and @Liz Lynch, it seems I do not have any organizations in the new UI :[

When I click on my name, there is no option "Personal Space"

When click on "develop" and "api proxies" I still get redirected to the no-org page.

Hi Jerod,

Personal space is only available to you when you are working with your specifications. See : https://docs-new.apigee.com/personal-space

(BTW -- The documentation links are fixed now. Let me know if you are still having issues accessing the documentation.)

In order to work in other areas of the New Edge interface, such as proxy development and publishing, you need to select an actual organization. Which is why you are seeing the No Org page.

But it sounds like you are not able to access any of your organizations from the new UI. Just confirming, when you switch back to Classic Edge, you can access all of your organizations without issue?

Apologies for the issues you are experiencing. We'll try to get them sorted out as quickly as possible!!

Hi Jerod,

Apologies for the delay in reporting back with an update on this issue. The team has identified a fix and is working on it. They hope to deliver the fix sometime next week. Will update you again once the fix is available.

Thanks for your patience! Sorry that it is preventing you from trying out the new Edge interface.

Liz

Hi Jerod,

This community article is directly relevant to the issue you are facing. A fix is on the way, but in the meantime there is a suggested workaround. Otherwise, we recommend you continue to use the Classic Edge experience, as you have already been doing.

Thanks again for your patience!

Sorry Liz, it didnt work 😕
Tried in Firefox, IE and Chrome.

Would you like a HAR file from each?

My username is an email, including a dash.

@Jerod.Ewert , Can you try on existing classic edge portal , https://enterprise.apigee.com , What does it say, If it's org provisioning issue, I have a workaround for you. Keep us posted.

Hi Jerod,

Apologies! Yes, if you could send the HAR files, it might help us troubleshoot the issue further. I was also advised that you need to sign out and sign in in order for the changes to take effect. But the fact that you tried it in three different browsers indicates to me that might not help.

Thanks for your help in troubleshooting. You can send the HAR files directly to me at llynch@apigee.com and I will forward them on.

Thanks, Jerod!

,

Good afternoon @Liz Lynch. I am facing the same issue (Not able to set an Org) as described by Jerod and others. Also, my email is in all lowercase. Can you please advise?

Hi @mesmin@gmail.com,

Apologies for the delay with the holiday weekend! I am checking on the status of your org. I assume you are able to access the org from Classic Edge, is that correct?

Will keep you posted.

Thanks,

Liz

Hi @mesmin@gmail.com,

Have you created an account? (If not, see http://docs.apigee.com/api-services/content/creating-apigee-edge-account.)

If so, what is the name of your organization? Can you please confirm that you can access the organization from Classic Edge?

Thank you,

Liz

Hi @Liz Lynch. My organization is Mezanmi Technologies Inc. and I had access from Classic Edge.

Hi @mesmin@gmail.com,

Apologies for the delay in addressing your issue. What was the email that you used to log into your Edge account and Edge organization name?

Much appreciated,

Liz
