OASValidationPolicy Support Private Cloud

I have seen OAS Validation Policy For Apigee X.

I Have a ApigeePrivate Cloud Installed but it does not have this feature.

and i did not see this in my Edge UI

Is this policy available for Private Cloud or exclusive for Apigee X?

While it's available in Apigee X and Apigee Edge, it's not available in the current OPDK/Private Cloud.
