Not able to create Apigeex free trial account.

In signup page after filling all the payment info.

i have successfully verified my debit card but billing account does not get created even after successful payment.

i tried the sign-up process two times and each time payment deducted and still in billing account page no account shows up, as shown below.

Wow, that sounds frustrating. I'm sorry that the system is being so difficult.

Unfortunately I am not an expert on setting up billing accounts in GCP. I am more of an expert in Apigee itself, rather than an expert in the the billing surrounding the service.

Did you follow all the guidance provided in Google search?

If so, can you specifically describe the steps you followed and specifically describe the step where you met some unexpected results?
