No option to add new developer portal on apigee ui

Hello,

I am new to apigee and trying to evaluate .

I had setup apigee using "https://apigee.google.com/setup" on eval organization

 I login to apigee console and tried to create a new developer portal, but I don't see "+Portal" button on Publish->Portals page.

What is that I am missing . Please help

Check the roles assigned to you. "roles/apigee.portalAdmin" should be attached to your user account. More details can be found here:

The problem still persist even after adding the Portal Administration role  .

The user already has "Owner" role.

Hello, 

The issue is resolved. Due to my screen resolution "Get started" link was not visible. My bad.

Now I am able to create portals. Thanks
