Need helping document to deploy hybrid in Multi DC Environment i.e., one is in cloud and other would be on-Prem.

TL;DR you need to establish connectivity for the Cassandra ring replication and decide how you want your ingress to be routed to the different clusters.

I have also raised a ticket aside to support it was the same link which I received.

By the below response from support I understand that we cannot share a single admin cluster in between two instances.

Ans:--You currently cannot share admin clusters between EKS and GKE on premise implementations because:
- EKS is a managed solution so you don’t have hands on the control plane
- GKE on prem already has its own control plane running [1] and Anthos on prem also needs its own admin cluster
