Multiple API Versions in single product

Hi,

We are having multiple version on API Proxies and so our query is whether we need to have different product for different version or single product for all versions.

So if we introduce a new version, create new product for that and expose in dev portal so that customers can consume the same

You will create API Products based on consumption needs.

If you would like to offer your new version of APIs only to different set of customers you will create new API Product. If you would like to offer your new version of APIs to existing as well as new, You will update Existing API Product for set of customers who are already using existing version & Create New API Product for other set of consumers.

You can restrict API Products by role in Developer Portal. See 4MV4D video that explains same here.

While creating API Products you need to think outside in based on consumption needs.
