Migrating from Apigee OPDK 4.19.06 and 4.50.00 to Apigee Hybrid 1.4.x-APIs for development

Hi,

Do we have any guidelines on migrating the APIs already exsisting in Apigee On premise 4.19.06 to Apigee Hybrid and Apigee on premise 4.50.0 to Apigee Hybrid ? This is more of existing development API migration. Any information in forms of best practices, Antipatterns when migrating the existing developed APIs.

Understand that will have to install the Apigee Hybrid and would limit the Proxies and shared flow to required numbers in a Apigee Hybrid Env. Do we have any other aspects need to be taken care ?

Like the proxies when imported from 4.19.06 or from 4.50.00 will work in Apigee Hybrid 1.4 ? without n any changes ? if most are pass thro REST type and few of SOAP ? Or any other design consideration to be considered ?
