Microgateway Oauth plugin allowAPIKeyOnly property

Hello,

Looking at the oauth plugin source code, i've found that there is a configuration property called allowAPIKeyOnly that is not described in any documentation related this plugin

Is this property documented somewhere?

Is this parameter supposed to work on the long run?
