Message processor failed to get hosts from apprepo (cassandra) and Cassandra memory problem

Hello,

Apigee private cloud have 2 MP setup and [MP#2] have problems to access configuration, MP system logs have error like:

RingDescribeAutoDiscovery WARN c.n.a.i.RingDescribeHostSupplier - RingDescribeHostSupplier.get() : Failed to get hosts from apprepo via ring describe. Will use previously known ring instead

i check cassandra nodes [6 nodes] have only message like this during start:

WARN 11:16:36,843 Unable to lock JVM memory (ENOMEM). This can result in part of the JVM being swapped out, especially with mmapped I/O enabled. Increase RLIMIT_MEMLOCK or run Cassandra as root.

1st MP can connect without problems
