Message Logging Policy parameters as configurable

Are MLP parameters like host, port & protocol configurable instead of defining with in the policy? I have tried it but getting an error: "Invalid port/protocol". Is it a limitation with the policy?

Yes, it is a limitation with the Policy. Those settings are fixed.

@Mahammad Feroz If you are still interested in the topic: We wanted to use variables for configuration as well, so we won't have to provide the parameters in each proxy. In the end we came up with another solution which you can find in the first comment of our post: https://community.apigee.com/questions/48340/message-logging-with-syslog-not-configurable-cant.html
