Maven plugin not working on Windows but working on Unix

Using the maven plugin to do the builds to Apigee on Max and Unix, the git repo is fine and deploys. On Windows, it is throwing a invalid resource URL despite following the directions to have it in the resources/wsdl foler (which works fine on unix based systems)

Can you please provide your sample proxy with the pom file and command you are running? we will try it out here.
