Management API to Create a New Proxy Revision

Hi,

I am trying to create a new proxy revision using the management API. I see documentation to update an existing revision here: https://cloud.google.com/apigee/docs/reference/apis/apigee/rest/v1/organizations.apis.revisions/upda... 

What API will create a new revision? I tried this API using a new revision number but the response says revision not found

This creates a new API Proxy if it doesn't exist otherwise creates a new revision
