Machine user password reset details

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to verify each machine user credentials password reset done on when.

if reset is not done within 3 months need to notify the end-user/proxy team to do reset.

As an org admin, I was looking in audit logs for the details but I am not seeing any logs related to machine user password reset details or machine user creation details.

I am using a binary file to create/delete/reset machine users' credentials. but this tool also doesn't have the ability to give the details of each machine user details.

Is there any way to achieve this task??
