Limits of custom dimensions in Analytics

Hi,

We store different fields in analytics for different proxies. We already have around 30 extra fields. I know that each field becomes a column in Postgres db.

Is there any recommended limit to the number of custom dimensions we can have.

We are using cloud version.

Hi Jaskaran, there is no hard limit on custom variables per se other than what is enforced by the underlying databases. But there may be some processing overhead if you have too many attributes in the table as the rows will become very large. Do you expect to have a limit on these variables?
