Limit the number of email alert notifications

How do I limit the number of email notifications on an alert to one email per day? Currently, I tried setting both the throttling and the threshold values to 1 hour, but I keep getting these notifications every 15 mins. Attached is the screenshot of the notification settings.

I could not find above "alert" feature in my latest opdk. Am I missing some feature?

API Monitoring is not supported by Private Cloud or Microgateway
