LDAP policy BaseDN not working with ref variable

I am using 4.50.00 version of apigee OPDK.

When I use the following line in LDAP policy to search, it does NOT work.

<BaseDN ref="var.myBaseDN"></BaseDN>

But when I remove the ref and put the hard code value of BaseDN it works fine.

Really stuck at it.

Are you certain that you have a variable named var.myBaseDN in your flow?

Can you describe the contents of that variable?
