Javascript error when using smartdoc methods - POST / PUT / PATCH

I have a smartdoc method that uses POST. I switched to using the default theme and updated to the latest commit: UPDATE: Developer Services 16.03.07.00. When I tested the developer portal I ran into the javascript issue in the screenshot below. Has anybody else run into this problem?

I ran cron, updates and cleared all the caches after applying the apigee drupal updates.

This is a known bug which was fixed in release 16.03.11.00.

Thank you. I read through the code when I ran into this issue and I figured it was a known bug. Is there a way to see the list of known bugs or file a bug when I run into one?
