JWT Policies - 4.17

We are using APIGee 4.17 ( on on-premises version) . We are planning to use JWT Policies. This version don't have JWT Policies.

Whether it is possible to use JWT Policies in APIGee 4.17 on-premises version?

Whether JWT poilcies are in beta version or RC version ?

People who use OPDK need to update to Apigee Edge 1801 in order to get the JWT Policies.

In our use case , APIGee as the gateway and it will do Authentication using LDAP and Authorization will do by external Authorization service ( will do token management). Is any recommended approach to do above use case ?.

If you’re asking if there is any approach to doing JWT, then: You can use the Java call out JWT policy. It’s available on github or search this forum.
