Issue while installing Developer Portal

While installing developer portal using install.php, It is getting stuck at the last step of Create Admin user. Nothing is happeniing after that. This is getting installed in LAMP stack. What may be probable causes?

In the last steps it is giving this error:

postdrop: warning: mail_queue_enter: create file maildrop: Permission denied

Are you still facing this issue?

If the problem continues I would suggest you copy down the DB from your pantheon site and import that locally to skip the installation.
