I would like to cache card holder data in APIGEE Cache using response cache policy, but its in our private cloud, is that fine to cache CHD data with encryption as PCI - Payment and Card Industry Complaint?
Google has no opinion on that. Apigee Private Cloud is something YOU manage, therefore YOU need to obtain PCI Compliance attestation based on your own installation and operational procedures.
Speak to your internal security/compliance team & you will need to meet below requirements before you plan to implement. The whole platform will come under compliance & you will need to well maintain as per the standards.
