Install SSL Certificates on Components(Message Processor and Router)

We are using APigee Private Cloud version 4.19.06.00

We have two components that contain (Router and Message Processor)

IP #1 : 10.**.**.**:port

IP #2 : 10.**.**.** :port

and if anyone wants to use the APIs will make HTTP call to the component, and the call will be

http://10.**.**.**:port

Now we required to install ssl certificate on the components  (Router and Message Processor) so the call should be

https://10.**.**.**:port

We need to install the certificate on the two components that contain (Router and Message Processor). Are there any steps can we follow ? How can we achieve this request ?
