Incorrect password used during upgrade from OPDK 16.09 to 17.01

During the upgrade, an incorrect password was used for postgres in the silent config file. How to fix the password for apigee user in Postgres?

The process for changing the pw is documented here:

Re-running the update will probably work but the process above should also work. Should be able to skip setting the pw in the db. The steps 5,6,7,8 using the correct pw should work.
